2020.06.02 BLACK LIVES MATTER
As all lives do. Yoghurt is deeply shocked by, and saddened to see, the violence through and around police brutality in the United States of America.
Yoghurt is also shocked and saddened by racism. Yoghurt firmly believes we are one threatened human race on one threatened planet. Yoghurt would like to see us act the part.
And Yoghurt is here to act its part. Therefore, we will not take part in actions that would lead to pausing that act. Instead, we hope to contribute to necessary discussion through our songs.
The two double albums we are about to release are meant to be our next contribution on that part.
We hope they will be just that. And we hope you will both enjoy as well as use them, to further good.
We love you. Stay safe. Love one another.
2020.04.20 Websites are never finished. They are perpetually under construction. But we call this one ready, for you now. Do take it for tour.
2020.01.24 In preparation for the release of ‘Y’ and ‘Kochfest’, our website is currently being reworked. Do dare to watch it progress.
2020.01.14 No, ‘Y’ and ‘Kochfest’ aren’t finished yet. We’re currently working on covers and labels and when done, we’ll place the vinyl order with the factory. Meanwhile, our third album (the previous two were ‘Yadag!’ and ‘Afblijven!!’), ‘Oh?’ (2006) becomes available on your favourite streaming services as of today.
2020.01.02 Thank you!
2019.12.31 Help us through the final mile!

2019.11.24 Read all about it (and take part in it!) here: until January 1st, 2020, we crowdfund for the release on vinyl of our 2 new double albums: ‘Y’ (a previously unfinished album of our original line-up as it existed until 1995, augmented with a second half of remastered earlier material), and ‘Kochfest’ (an entirely new double album by our current formation).
2019.11.08 So this took a while, but now we have 2 finished double albums to release: ‘Y’ (a previously unfinished album of our original line-up as it existed until 1995, augmented with a second half of remastered earlier material), and ‘Kochfest’ (an entirely new double album by our current formation). We will start a crowdfunding effort for their release (on vinyl only) before the end of this year. Watch this space for details.
2015.05.28 We’ve decided to cancel the gig of Friday, June 5th, 2015 at Pub De Tempelier. We apologize, but at this moment we deem ourselves not well-versed enough in our new material to adequately field it before a live audience. To accomplish this, we would, at this stage, have to relinquish too much of what is way more important: continuing work on our new double album. So, we’ve decided not to show ourselves in public again, until it’s finished. More news to follow.
